How Our Shipping Works
MaxSleek is operated by NOVAPRIME COMMERCE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Our business operations and customer support are based in London, while orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partner warehouse in China.
This direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer competitive prices and free shipping on every order. The trade-off is slightly longer delivery times compared to domestic shipping.
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Australia.
Why does shipping take this long?
Great question. Here's the honest answer:
Instead of marking up prices to cover expensive local warehouse costs, we ship directly from our manufacturing partners. Your order travels from China to your doorstep, which takes longer than domestic express shipping—but it's how we keep prices fair without cutting corners on quality.
We know waiting isn't fun, but most customers tell us the savings are worth it. And you'll get tracking updates the whole way.

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S., Australian, and international holidays.
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Customs & Import Duties
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. All applicable customs duties and import taxes for U.S. and Australian shipments are covered by MaxSleek. What you pay at checkout is your final total.

Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China and are transferred to local delivery carriers once they arrive in the destination country.

The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and package specifications to ensure the most efficient delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

You can track using your tracking number, or your order number combined with your email address.
Delivery Issues
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed (more than 20 business days for U.S. orders or 13 business days for Australian orders), appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@maxsleek.com.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Package Shows "Delivered" But Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us right away. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and find a fair resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately—we may be able to update it before your order ships.
Important Notes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
- We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
